Born in 1964
After graduating from Kobe University, he joined Sumitomo Insurance (now Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance) and worked in Osaka, Tokyo and New York.
While living in NY, he moved to Aon, a Global Risk Management Consultant.
Returned to Japan after working in New York for a total of 14 years.
He has worked as Aon's Japan Representative Director for 13 years, tripling the size of the business.
In 2023, JaKE Inc. was established.

SATOSHI YAMAGUCHI

Born in 1977.
Moved to Tokyo after graduating from Niigata Culinary Institute.
After studying the basics of Japanese cuisine at ryotei (Japanese-style restaurants) and kappo (Japanese-style cooking) restaurants, he trained for 10 years at HALEKAI'S, a multinational restaurant.
After expanding his culinary horizons, he worked as a chef at Nishi-Azabu restaurant for 10 years.
